The staff was friendly and accommodating, excellent location near amenities, clean and spacious room, nice pool area, delicious breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a comfortable king-size bed. The hotel facilities were clean and the pool was refreshing. The staff was very accommodating and provided great suggestions on things to see and do in the area. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious, including typical Nica food as well as omelets. The hotel's location in a very safe neighborhood and relatively close to the shopping Mall Galeria Santo Domingo made it very convenient for us.
Everything was spot on.

Delicious breakfast and friendly staff! Loved the local breakfast dish offered and the personalized service! the hotel is conveniently located near a mall and other amenities. the pool was a refreshing bonus after a long day of work.
The room was a bit dark, but it didn't really bother me since I was only there to sleep. the neighborhood was safe, but I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around at night alone.

This hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood, and it's close to a shopping mall and few restaurants. the pool and grounds are well-kept, and the breakfast is great. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. Staff provides excellent service and gives good advice on what to see in the city.
There are limited menu options available in the hotel, but there are some restaurants in the area.

Great breakfast selection with friendly staff. Convenient location with easy access to local restaurants and markets. The pool was clean and a perfect place to relax on New Year’s Day.
The water pressure in the shower was not great and made it difficult to wash my hair. The room lacked natural light which made it feel a bit cramped and stifling. this hotel was a decent choice for a relatively inexpensive stay, but there are definitely some improvements to be made in terms of the shower and lighting situation.
